Terms and Conditions for Sand MagicLast updated: March 20, 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game application Sand Magic (the "App"), developed and provided by One Rule Games Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number [insert your company number if available] and registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via an in-app notice or update prompt). Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on iOS devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms and these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold.

2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Gameplay and Features
The App provides a simple block-matching game similar to Tetris-style mechanics. No login, accounts, social features, multiplayer, chat, or user-generated content are included.

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
The App may offer in-app purchases ("IAP") through Apple's App Store, including: 

• Removal of advertisements. 
• Purchase of virtual coins/gems ("Virtual Currency").

Virtual Currency is a licensed digital entitlement with no real-world value, cannot be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the App, and is non-refundable except as required by law or handled directly by Apple. All IAP are processed exclusively through Apple's systems. We do not handle payments or refunds.You acknowledge that: 

• Purchases are final once completed. 
• No refunds will be provided by us except where required by applicable law or as processed by Apple (e.g., via Apple's refund request system). 
• Virtual Currency and purchased features (e.g., ad removal) are provided "as is" for use within the App only.

5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks (including but not limited to Meta/Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads, LevelPlay, ironSource, and AppLovin). Ads may appear as banners, interstitials, rewarded videos, or other formats.By using the App, you consent to the display of these ads. Ad removal is available only via the relevant IAP. We do not control ad content, and ads are subject to the respective ad network's terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (including code, graphics, sound, text, Virtual Currency, and any other content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to: 

• Use the App in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner. 
• Attempt to cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or interfere with the App's functionality. 
• Circumvent ads or IAP mechanisms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our officers, directors, employees, agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if no payment was made).Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Apple's services (e.g., App Store, IAP) and third-party ad networks. Your use is also subject to Apple's terms (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) and the ad networks' terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease using the App.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules under applicable law.

13. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach.
